Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.: The Alzheimer Society’s Minds in Motion program, which operated at Haliburton UC before the pandemic, is moving online via Zoom. It’s designed for those with any form of memory loss and their care partners to enjoy guided physical activity, mental stimulation and the chance to create new friendships with others living with similar experiences. All are welcome to join in the fun; there is no diagnosis needed. For details and to register call Jennifer Stubbert at 705-748-5131 or email Jennifer.

Support for online music lessons by Youth Unlimited: YU helps youths learn to play a new instrument and learn the message of Jesus. Each youth involved is currently paying half of the $300 cost for 10 lessons. Please consider donating $150 or providing a bursary of the full cost for a youth who does not have the means. Be sure to indicate “Music Lesson Support” for your donation. For more information and to donate go to youthunlimitedkaw.com or call Ian McIntosh at 905-429-8389.
