Haliburton and Lochlin United Churches opened on October 4 for in-church services at their regular times.

Ingoldsby United Church will remain closed for now.

Live stream services will continue for the foreseeable future for those who are unable to attend in person. However, the online services are now held at 11:15 a.m. as the in-church service at Haliburton UC is streamed and recorded.

Haliburton and Lochlin churches will also be open to events and community user groups.

All church use will be subject to the Reopening Plans developed by the leadership boards of each church. Protocols to protect the health and safety of all church users are critical components of the plans and must be followed closely. To download an example of a reopening plan, click HERE.

Vulnerable individuals are advised to stay home and watch the service online. If this is not possible, please contact the Pastoral Charge office for another option. To watch online, visit the Watch Online page.

We’re excited to be able to see everyone and meet in community literally again! However, we recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic pattern is unpredictable and therefore services, community group use and health protection protocols may need to change at a moment’s notice. The churches’ leadership boards will continue to assess the best ways to protect the health and safety of church members, visitors and community user groups during the pandemic.
