Men’s breakfast and time of fellowship Saturday, March 21st, 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. at Haliburton UC.  Come and enjoy a hearty breakfast of bacon and eggs.  All men are welcome.

“The Rose of Calvary” A Good Friday cantata directed by Melissa Stephens. Presented by the combined choirs of Highland Hills United Church and Haliburton United Church Friday, April 10: 9 a.m. at Highland Hills United Church in Minden, 11:15 a.m. at Haliburton United Church in Haliburton. All are welcome. 

St. George’s Anglican Church will prepare for Palm Sunday by making Palm Crosses on Friday, April 3rd at 9:30 am in the church. Please join us for coffee, fellowship and the making of palm crosses. All materials will be provided and you are welcome to take crosses for your church community. Please let us know if you plan to attend and how many crosses you might need so we will be well prepared. Pot Luck Lunch: We will be having Pot Luck Lunch on Sunday March 29.  Everyone is welcome.Help is needed with clean up. Thanks.

ATTENTION Coffee Drinkers: Mary is going to be away for a period of time. A sign-up sheet has been posted in the foyer on the bulletin board for volunteers to make the coffee prior to the service. Please sign up if you enjoy the morning coffee!

Stewardship and Mission Offering: The extra monthly Mission for March is Food for Kids. We thank you for your support and ask that you mark your envelope when giving to this extra mission. Take note of the Stewardship and Mission bulletin board in the foyer. Information will be posted as it becomes available.

Bible studies:

For a time of study, prayer and fellowship, please join us:

• Wednesday Morning Bible Study in the library 10 – 11:30 a.m.
• Fridays: Women to Women Bible Study in the library from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. All women are welcome to join us at any time. For info call the office 705-457-1891.

Library: The library is open during office hours except when being used for meetings. The librarian is available Fridays from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. to help in choosing a book, DVD or teaching material (holidays excluded).

Coffee is available every Sunday before church in the foyer outside of the Fellowship Room.  All are welcome to partake and enjoy!

Prayer List: A few copies of the prayer list will be printed and put on the black table / desk in foyer for anyone who wishes to take it home to pray over. The copies will be there on Sunday only.
