Sunday, March 24
Palm Sunday / Contemporary Service and Pot Luck Lunch at 11:15 a.m. at Haliburton United Church. The contemporary service and lunch are being moved ahead 1 week due to the Communion service on Easter Sunday, March 31.
Friday, March 29
Good Friday Cantata “I Will Glory In The Cross” by John Lee. The cantata will be presented by the joint choirs of Highland Hills United Church and Haliburton United Church under the direction of Melissa Stephens as follows:
- 9:30 a.m. at Highland Hills United Church
- 11:15 a.m. at Haliburton United Church and online
Sunday, March 31
Easter Sunday Communion Service at both churches. Those watching the 11:15 a.m. service online are invited to join us by having bread and wine or juice on hand.

Sundays: Regular services at both churches and online via live stream on YouTube at 11:15 a.m.
Sunday School: Children’s Service (aka Sunday School): Services are held on the first Sunday of the month at 9 a.m. at Haliburton United Church. For more information call the church office at 705-457-1891. Also, a selection of lessons and interactive materials is posted on the Sunday School web page for downloading for use at home to encourage kids in their faith.
Tuesdays: Minds in Motion from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Haliburton UC. This Alzheimer’s Society program is designed to provide physical activity and mental and social stimulation. $30/couple for 8 weeks. Call Jennifer at 705-748-5131 x225.
Tuesdays: The Ecumenical Bible Study group meets from 7:00 to 8:00 pm on Zoom using the simple Ignatius method of reading and praying with the scripture. If you would be interested in joining the group online, let Jean Tyler know by calling 705-457-2214.
Wednesdays: Women to Women Bible Study. The group meets online at 3:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month via Zoom. For more information email Lisa.
